Return Policies
CaSeraSera is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and packaging, for a complete refund. If you receive item as a gift, the item may be exchanged at time of return.

All sales are final after 14 days.  Exceptions to this policy will be determined by CaSeraSera.
